Do you want to get married at an elegant location, small ceremony with your closest friends and family, at a fraction of the cost of a typical wedding?
What we do:
1. Micro wedding days. We pick a venue and we do everything, you just show up for your reserved time. For 2026 we have August 15 and October 10 & 11/2026. More dates coming!
2. Officiant & Photography Package. Pick the date that works best for you. Includes legal officiant, ceremony music, consulting and 2 hours of quality wedding photography with finished and retouched files. You provide venue, décor, etc. No limit on number of guests since it is your setup. See below.
3. Studio express wedding. Up to 16 people in our studio for up to one hour. Ceremony, officiant & photography of ceremony & formal portraits in studio. See below.
4. Studio elopment. Simple, legal and high quality wedding photography. One hour, 4 people- bride, groom and 2 witnesses. No Music. Portrait session and retouched files. See below.

Are their additional fees?
Ontario requirements are that only the couple can make an appointment to get the marriage license. You will have the additional cost of obtaining this from any city in Ontario. Each city/municipality has their own rate for this.
Per city of Greater Sudbury website currently $179.
8-10 weeks after the wedding the couple will apply for the marriage certificate from the province.

For those who don’t want your standard Pop Up wedding, want to keep it small, legal, no-fuss, great photography and elegant. All in one neat little package.
Here’s how it works. We set up our studio at 251 Hazel St. It’s an ideal location for a small ten person pop up wedding. After the ceremony we do a photo shoot.

We had a Pop-Up wedding on June 20, 2025 at fielding park. It was 100% the best day ever! Going with the pop up wedding was the. War decision we ever made. The whole process was stress free. Tina and Rob were so easy to work with and took care of everything. The set up at the park was beautiful, the ceremony felt personal and authentic and the time Rob spent on the photography was more than I could have asked for.
The wedding was small and intimate, just like we wanted, but it didn’t feel cheap or rushed. I was able to just enjoy the day stress free, knowing there was nothing at all that I needed to take care of. Tina and Rob took care of everything.
I will forever be grateful to Pink Door Weddings and their pop up wedding. It was absolutely perfect and my heart is full.
